Suzuki Carry DA62T — Full Measurements
Data verification status: Cross-checked against JDM-aligned sources; some figures flagged below pending final manufacturer confirmation
— last reviewed 2026-06-21.
Every figure on this page is checked against the kei regulatory caps (3,400 mm length / 1,480 mm width / 350 kg payload) before publishing — export-market variants of this name routinely exceed those caps and are not the truck you're importing. Where two reputable sources disagreed, or only one source could be found, that's flagged in the note rather than presented as settled.

Towing
Kei trucks are not designed or rated for braked trailer towing the way a full-size truck is. See our towing use-case guide before assuming this truck can pull a loaded trailer. See our towing use-case guide for the full picture.
Context notes
- The DA62T's K6A is described in period sources as an all-aluminium DOHC unit producing approximately 48 PS (35 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 62 N·m at 4,000 rpm — and this engine earned the first 'good-low-emission' (優-低排出ガス車, two-star) certification given to a kei truck. The DA63T that followed is more commonly cited at 44 hp; small output differences between early and later K6A tunes are expected and don't indicate a different engine family.
- The DA62T was produced for roughly one year as a bridge model between the DA52T and DA63T generations. Because it's short-lived and shares its body and chassis with the DA63T, almost every exterior and cargo figure on this page is inherited from the DA63T's confirmed data rather than independently sourced for the DA62T — flagged throughout.
